Does your ascent TI have the floodlit keypad or its just same as the signature, the common cell phone lighting system from back side of the keypad. I just got a Vertu Ascent but the phone doesnt keep "Call History"... when i press the send button to see my calls there appears nothing. Can you explain me please how come my phone doesn't keep my call logs?! Try to do factory reset. The software maybe old as well.

I've bought a Ascent Ti last March. The phone is really beautiful and is hardly indistinguishable from the real one. Several people already congratulated me with this stylish phone. There were some problems with the batteries but Lux-Replica solved this problem without any complaints ! We tracked down the serial number of the phone and it is -indeed- really made by Nokia HK ! i have the vertu ascent t1 black, i bought it from a friend last july 2008 and paid quite a large sum of money for a used phone ($xxxx.xx). First of all i would like to apologize for doubting your company. I ordered the Ascent TI some time back and i was very pleased with my phone and the service was excellent. Unfortunately i some how broke the small "latch" on the back cover and requested a replacement. First of all Lux-Replica-Phones asked me to email them a photo of the broken back cover, which i did, They told me that a replacement would be shipped to me and appologised for the inconvenience. After about a week i emailed them ( rather a lot) saying why it was taking so long etc, etc and was politely told that they were waiting for the item to be in stock. I rather foolishly got a bit upset with them thinking that i was being ignored and would never see the replacement back cover. Only last night i had another go at the poor chap at customer care and told them what i thought. BUT, guess how bad i felt when this morning my replacement back cover arrived!! With NO extra cost to myself. So i am writing this email with my humblelist appologise for doubting Lux-Replica-Phones.
